OUR PRODUCTS
The LDPE reprocessed granules offered to clients are soft material with low density and less hardness. These however have better ductability and are therefore used in packaging materials such as foils, trays, plastic bags and many more items. They have got excellent resistance to water, moisture and other organic solvents and chemicals except the ones with aromatic or chlorine content.

We offer our clients the best quality recycled HDPE granules. These granules use the best plastic waste products, ensuring their superior quality and better performance rate. The recycled HDPE granules we offer clients make high-strength and durable plastic products. These granules are opaque, strong and low ductility nature.

We offer LDPE granules, the low-density version of polyethene (PE), to our clients. Compared to HDPE, these granules are softer and less rigid, providing superior ductility and an opaque appearance. LDPE granules are widely used in packaging materials, including foils, trays, and plastic bags, for food and non-food applications. Additionally, they serve as an effective coating for paper, textiles, and other plastics, enhancing durability and functionality.

Plastic Reprocess Granules
Reprocessed plastic granules are used to produce packing covers, carry bags, buckets and mugs etc. Hence there is a good scope to recycle used plastic scrap to produce plastic granules, subject to guidelines laid down in Environment Act. Granules are in demand by various industrial units manufacturing plastic products.

Red Granules
PPCP Red Granules are made from a copolymer of polypropylene, which gives them a balance of toughness and flexibility. They have a density of 0.90-0.92 g/cm³ and a melt flow index (MFI) of 12-15, making them suitable for injection molding and other manufacturing techniques.

Plastic Granules
A material made from plastic granules consists of at least one thermoplastic product. Typically taking on the appearance of small grains, these granules are melted, extruded or molded to produce products made of polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polystyrene (PS), etc.

We also offer our clients a wide range of LLDPE granules manufactured from high-quality plastic. These granules are produced using precision-engineered moulds to ensure flawless quality and consistency. We conduct rigorous quality tests to assess their strength, durability, weather resistance, and temperature stability to guarantee superior performance. These granules are widely used in packaging applications and are available in various shapes and sizes to meet specific client requirements.

HDPE granules (High-Density Polyethylene) represent a new-generation processing material known for their exceptional toughness and high mechanical
strength. With minimal branching, these
granules exhibit strong intermolecular forces and superior tensile strength. They also offer high-temperature resistance, making them ideal for various applications, including film-grade, moulding-grade, and blow-moulding-grade products.

Our range of reprocessed plastic dana is a high-quality thermoplastic polymer widely used in packaging, textiles, plastic components, reusable containers, laboratory equipment, loudspeakers, automotive parts, and polymer banknotes. These products are known for their excellent fatigue resistance, high strength, and opaque appearance, making them ideal for diverse industrial and commercial applications.

Natural LDPE Granules
LDPE is widely used for manufacturing various containers, dispensing bottles, wash bottles, tubing, plastic bags for computer components, and various molded laboratory equipment.

Yellow Granules
Light Yellow Granules are a high-quality industrial product with a purity range of 95%-99%. These solid granules have a long shelf life of 6-12 months and do not pose any harm as they are non-poisonous. These granules are ideal for various industrial applications due to their excellent chemical and physical properties.

Polypropylene Granules
Polypropylene Granules consist of tiny, solid particles derived from polypropylene. PP granules is a versatile thermoplastic polymer. They are renowned for their outstanding physical and chemical attributes. Their attributes include high chemical resistance, durability, and low melting point.
